We are big fans of Eric Laumann's beautifully crafted, dry California Rieslings. Over at the Ludwig Winery, they are working to explore the many faces of Riesling with small lots of terroir driven wines. 

The 2007 Ludwig Riesling, Lorelai Vineyard, smells of lime and roses. Made from organically grown grapes, it is dry, crisp and refreshing. Fantastic with oysters or fish and a match with your Father’s Sunday BBQ. Moreover, it is NOT sweet.

So if you haven't had a Riesling in a while and you'd like to try something that smacks of summer and music, give Ludwig a try. We're asking for a three bottle minimum, but you won't be disappointed.
