Important Legal Matters you may need to know.
Rules, Regulations & Some Logic:
1. By Federal Law, you must be 21 years old to order and receive wine.
By placing an order you represent to The Accidental Wine Company that you are at least 21 years old. At the time of delivery, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the wine.
2. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the wine, we encourage you to have the package shipped to your business address to insure fast, interruption-free delivery.
3. Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
4. Due to state laws and regulations, wine can only be shipped to certain States. While legislation regarding the shipment of wine changes frequently, we are clear today that the following States will not allow incoming shipments:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.

Delivery Time:
Please allow 5-10 business days on most orders for delivery. Shipping times vary depending upon location and circumstances. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been processed for shipment. Now that we have said all those official sounding things, we think this will all be faster and we will do our best to make sure you get a quality shipment in the shortest possible time.
Additional Shipping Information:
1. We ship primarily with Fed-Ex using the various services available depending on conditions.
2. During extreme weather, (winter and summer) we recommend you consider air shipment.
3. If your bottle breaks during shipment, we will replace the bottle upon receipt of the broken bottle.
