Ever since Micah could swirl a glass of wine (about 10 years old) he preferred the first growths and the private reserves. Now having to buy his own stock, he has scaled back to important Italians, a few Burgundies and anything in the rankings of 1855 along with some carefully selected bottles from the Americas. Of course he does not rule out the Australians, New Zealanders, Germans or other producers of great wine.
Micah’s super selection includes the more expensive options that he remembers from childhood when he drank his wine with a rating sheet next to him. Here he excels at finding the crème de la crème of the worlds wines. |
